Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Throughgen Innovations Private Limited (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use TeleQuick (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices set out below.
1. Who we are
TeleQuick is operated by Throughgen Innovations Private Limited, a company registered in India. We are the data controller for personal information you provide directly. For data your end-customers route through the Service, you are the controller and we act as a processor on your behalf under your terms of service with them.
2. Information we collect
- Account data. Email address, name, organisation name, and authentication credentials handled by our identity provider.
- Billing data. Plan, invoices, and payment processor identifiers. We do not store full card numbers; that data is held by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
- Telephony metadata. Call detail records (CDRs): from-number, to-number, start/stop, disposition, codec, vendor leg, and routing decisions.
- Media. Call audio and transcripts only when recording is enabled by you for that call, and only for the retention window you configure.
- Usage telemetry. Logs, metrics, and traces from the gateway and agent runtime. Used for service operation and abuse detection.
- Cookies and similar. See our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To authenticate users, enforce per-tenant access controls, and detect fraud or abuse.
- To meter usage and bill correctly under your plan.
- To meet regulatory obligations applicable to telephony providers in India and other markets we serve.
- To communicate operational notices and, with consent, product updates.
5. Retention
CDRs are retained for the period required by applicable telecom regulation, which in India means the records mandated by TRAI / DOT. Audio recordings are retained only for the window you configure per workspace. Logs and traces are retained for up to 90 days for operational debugging unless a longer hold is required for an active incident investigation.
6. Security
We use TLS 1.3 for signalling and SRTP for media on supported paths, encryption at rest for stored recordings and CDRs, MFA-capable workspace identity, and per-tenant scoped credentials. Security questions: security@telequick.dev.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights write to privacy@telequick.dev.
8. International transfers
We operate primarily in India and may transfer data to other regions where our infrastructure or sub-processors are located. Where we do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Responding to legal process
We disclose customer data only in response to legal process valid under the laws of India, and we require non-disclosure orders where lawfully available. We notify affected customers unless prohibited.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
