Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you are authorised to do so.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping credentials confidential. You must enable multi-factor authentication where your organisation requires it.

The Service provides programmable voice, SIP trunking, and orchestration for AI voice agents. Features available to you depend on your plan, your verification status, and applicable regulations in the jurisdictions you originate and terminate calls in.

• Usage is metered and billed on the cycle stated in your plan.
• Prepaid balances are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Taxes (including GST where applicable) are your responsibility unless we are legally required to collect them.
• Disputed invoices must be raised within 30 days of the invoice day.

You will not use the Service to send unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised traffic, including but not limited to traffic pumping, SHAKEN/STIR bypass, ATO/wangiri schemes, or messaging traffic that violates carrier or regulator rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in such use without notice where required to protect the network, our customers, or to comply with regulator instructions.

You retain all rights to call audio, transcripts, prompts, and configurations you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining lawful consent from call participants where required (for recording, transcription, and AI agent use).

The Service can route requests to third-party AI providers configured by you. Their terms apply to the data you route through them. We do not warrant the accuracy of model output. You must not use AI agents to make automated decisions about employment, credit, healthcare, or legal matters without a human reviewer.

The Service, including all software, designs, and documentation, is owned by Throughgen Innovations Private Limitedand its licensors. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licences.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or risk to the platform. On termination we will retain regulatory records for the period required by law and securely delete the rest after a 30-day grace window.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific quality of service unless a separate SLA is in effect for your plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You will indemnify Throughgen Innovations Private Limited against third-party claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable telecom regulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to either party’s right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective day constitutes acceptance.
